Active Reload is a gameplay concept in which the player can actively decrease the load time of a weapon by timing a button press.
A game mechanic popularized by Epic's Gears of War. The player while in cover shoots "blindly" at the enemy. Used in conjunction with suppressive fire to stop the opposing team in their tracks.

Kill Stealing involves a player killing another player's target in order to gain his or her "prize". These include loot, experience points, a point score, etc.

Overheating in video games involves guns and vehicles experiencing an increase in temperature leading to reduced efficiency or accuracy, damage or even destruction.
