    Telly Vision is a character in Chibi-Robo! for the Nintendo Gamcube. He is Chibi-Robo's manager/friend and give you tips and advice to help you do chores and complete tasks in the game. Telly Vision is able to talk, unlike Chibi so he helps Chibi communicate with the other characters in the game. Telly can be very emotional at times, crying several times in the game and he also has a habbit of shooting out party poppers wheneverhe's happy, which of course you are left to clean up. Telly also dreams of becoming a singer one day and tries to get people to listen to his song whenever he has the chance.
