Telly is Chibi-Robo's friend and side kick in Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash. The two work to help clean a satellite in space when they see a news cast about tiny aliens stealing the worlds natural resources. Upon then seeing the aliens heading towards earth right after the tv broad cast they both decide that it's time to step up and help.
Telly is the more talkative of the two friends. He takes care of the Chibi-house, Chibi-Robo's charge station and base of operations, as well as making sure any supplies Chibi-Robo needs gets ordered.
Telly appears very similar from the Telly in Chibi Robo: Photo finder, but no link at this time has been made. As one is a smart phone with arms and eyes, and the other is a round computer with arms and a keyboard.
In Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash Telly is in charge of charge of allowing the player to level up their Chibi-Robo Amiibo.
