    Terra Cave is the only place the player can find Groudon in Pokémon Emerald. It has no fixed location, and it swaps between 4 locations: Routes 114, 115, 116, and 118. The cave only appears once the player has defeated Hoenn's Elite 4. The way to find out which route to go to the player must talk to an NPC at Hoenn's Weather Institute. If the player does not reach the location fast enough, it will change to Marine Cave, cycle to a different route.
