The people who made lumines and rez are making a tetris game for PSVR. This is a collection of words that is so incredible and so specifically amazing to me that I dont even know what to say. Will buy.

Just watched the trailer again. I am super excited for this. Also, is this an original song? If this is an indication of the game's soundtrack, then I'm super-super excited.

I really want to play this game now, and I don't even own PSVR.

Everything about this looks amazing.

As someone who doesn't like music (I don't dislike it, but just get no actual enjoyment out of it nor do I listen to it casually), playing games from Mitzuguchi and his team is probably the closest I actually get to enjoyment out of something musically related. Most other rhythm games I have played I enjoyed just for the hand-eye coordination, but his games always seem to be that plus the experience.

Add that to goddamned Tetris and VR? Oh yes, so very in.

I'm automatically very interested in anything Mizuguchi wants to work on. The trailer looks very good. I hope it comes out on PC too.

Oh I didn't realise this was a non-VR thing too. Consider me in.

This checks so many boxes for me. Pretty abstract lights in VR? Check. Tetris? Check. Rhythm-based gameplay? Check.

@shagge: I have those same boxes and they're also ticked. I love being mesmerized in VR, it's a wonderful feeling.

It's been a long time since I was excited over a Tetris game. Just a couple weeks ago I mentioned to my wife that I hoped for a new Tetris to be announced... and there I have it. Hopefully the game meets the quality of that trailer. Glad that it's not VR only, since I lack that hardware.
