    Overview

    The Dreamhold is a piece of interactive fiction written by Andrew Plotkin. The game was created with Inform 6 and is available for free both in source form and a Z-code game file. Interpreters are available for a wide variety of platforms, and the game can also be played online using a web browser. Furthermore, there is an app for iOS and a Windows game package available for free download.

    Gameplay

    A game functioning as an introduction to interactive fiction. One concept usual to the genre is introduced at a time, with many hint possibilities available. The help system can however be turned off and the game played as normal interactive fiction.
