I didn't help me, I saw this file on nexus forum and apparently it improved alot of other people's frame rate.

Also has anyone tried the thing that removes the 2gig ram limit for skyrim? that also didn't work for me..

Yeah, it affects the shaders that Skyrim uses. There's a bunch of different ones out there, back up your original just in case and try them out, it should improve your frame rate.

One of the Large Address Aware mods was broken with a Steam patch of Skyrim, I believe.

I've seen lots of great things said about it.

I was not impressed. It turned my shadows to SHIT (i see like a grid instead of shadows now, you can see it popin/out, etc) and the performance boost isn't very significant.

My computer is pretty decent though, and I hear it has a better effect the weaker your PC. If the game is running slowly for you, give it a try. It's easy to remove if you don't like it (just delete the file).

The skyrim 4 gig LAA doesn't help the frame rate any, if that's what you're expecting. It gives Skyrim more swap to write to, so you don't just get dumped back to the desktop when it hits the usual 2 gig swap.
