The Getaway 3
Originally shown at E3 2005's PS3 montage, the third installment of The Getaway was eventually canceled in June 2008.
A tech demo was shown during Sony's E3 2005 (Concept) press conference showing off different aspects of London (Location). The video did not specifically state that the game being shown was The Getaway (Franchise), but it was confirmed later by Phil Harrison (Person).
A video shown at E3 2006 (Concept) confirmed that the game would not only take place in London, but Amsterdam (Location) as well. Rumors were going around that Birmingham, England (Location) would be included as well.
The game was officially canceled on June 4, 2008 along with Eight Days (Game) due to "the redistribution of resources and budget" according to Sony's official statement.
