    Overview

    The Kid (abbreviated as TK) is the protagonist of Driver: Parallel Lines. He is a professional wheelman and getaway driver who is set up by a powerful crime ring and imprisoned for 28 years.

    Biography

    TK was born in 1960 and raised in the countryside. He learned how to drive from Ray Davies, one of TK's oldest friends.

    Tired of rural living, TK would move to New York City sometime after 1976 and he would quickly make a name for himself in as a street racer & getaway driver living alongside Ray and working in his auto shop from time to time.

    When the game begins in 1978, TK is one of the best getaway drivers in New York City. After getting involved in a series of odd jobs for crime ring led by a corrupt police officer, TK is betrayed by the group and subsequently arrested for a murder he didn't commit. His sentence requires him to serve 28 years in Sing-Sing Prison in New York state.

    2006 Era

    After serving 28 years of prison, TK is finally released and quickly devises a plan to exact revenge on those that betrayed him years ago in order to pursue his ultimate target, Corrigan - who has since become the commissioner of police. His first target is the Mexican, who has fallen on hard times since the 1970s.
