    Isn't this just an updated Arcade version with the DLC characters they put out for XIII home release?

    Yep. DLC and balancing changes to catch the arcade version up with the console. Sadly I think that spells the end of the DLC characters for the console version as well but will probably have to see the cast of Climax.
