I'm going to name my daughter Robin Williams in honour of this great ad.
And screw you giantbomb autocorrect. That is how you spell honour!
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Robin Williams stars in the latest Ocarina of Time 3D Trailer
I still can't wrap my mind around Robin Williams being a bigger Legend of Zelda fan than anyone on this site.engh.
Naming your kid after a videogame character doens't necessarily betray a certain level of fandom. It just means he knew the game and knew the name.
I mean, maybe he is a huge game fan, but if I named my daughter, I dunno, Yuffie because I heard the name and decided I liked it, it doesn't necessarily mean I'm a superfan of Final Fantasy.
That beard is making me realize how old Robin Williams really is. I mean, it's a beard worthy of Santa Claus and some of our more forgettable late 1800s US Presidents, but it's also so very grey... Otherwise, it's a decent enough ad.
This has got to be one of the best advertisements for a video game, that I've seen. Also, since when did Robin Williams have a beard?
I'll never understand beards including upper lip facial hair. Gonna get food and drink all up in there. Kissing is shit. Eating out pussy is shit. Blowing your nose is shit. Snorting is shit. Upper lip facial hair is fail.
That said, Robin Williams is indeed sporting an epic beard. As long as his beard includes a portion of upper lip facial hair though, it's more of a fashion statement and vanity project than the result of a 'laissez faire' lifestyle. Too much sacrifice.
My beard is about convenience. I need to shave like 80% less. Just upper lip, some neck and some chin. And I have all the upsides of a clean shave together with all the upsides of not shaving all the frakking time.

Robin Williams is a gamer and has been for a long time. My best friend played Gauntlet with him (by complete chance - Williams walked up to his machine as he was already engaged in a dungeon) in Hawaii International Airport. Dude was wearing a purple beret and a grey trenchcoat. My buddy told me he kept doing the voice of the narrator ("Elf needs food badly!" and such) and made quips the whole time.
He does this when he plays Warhammer too. He roleplays his units on the field with gusto.

@Claude said:I don't know why, but that made me laugh out loud. :DRobin Williams is one hairy motherfucker.
Dude, it ain't just the beard. Have you seen the guy's forearms?
He's like a werewolf!
I didn't know Robin Williams had a daughter or was in to Legend Of Zelda until watching this ad. It's cool that he is, also his daughter looks smoking hot.
when he was talking about playing Call of Duty on some late night tv show i just about died. his impression of a 13 yeah who had just learned to swear was classic!
While it's never been officially confirmed, it just occured to me that this beard of Robin Williams makes it almost undeniable that he must be playing Hugo Strange in The Dark Knight Rises.
