    It's a part of The Special Delivery item set, which also includes the Shortstop, the Mad Milk and the Holy Mackerel. When all items are worn at the same time, the player gets the buffs and debuffs of the weapons as well as the following effect:

    • +25 max health on wearer

    It can be crafted with 4x Refined Metal and either the Shortstop, the Mad Milk or the Holy Mackerel.
