Are you going to get this game ?
already got it, whether or not i can get myself to put down dragon age is another story
ok, i played it for around 15 min and it was more glitchy than i can handle. It too bad because under the glitchy mess i can see a pretty decent game that i'd like.
" Yup. Like Mercs 2, I can overlook the faults and have fun with it. "thats the thing, sometimes im really easy to please and dont bitch about the faults, just ignore em and have my fun. but sometimes some faults really REALLY bug me and make me stop right away.. God knows which one it is with saboteur

" Nope. It looks pretty sweet, but I need to save my cash for all the 2010 releases. "Why dont you save your money for all the 2011 releases since its Next Year of 2010 so u dont waste the money on 2010.

" @Ahmad_Metallic: I know someone who got a pirate copy of it for sometime and it doesn't look too good. So i won't get it. "Ok so now im kinda hesitant about buying it.. Still, what some gamers call bad is what i call awesome..
why doesnt it look good ?

" after watching Inglourious Basterds , i really wanted to play the saboteur, but i will wait till the price tag comes to 40$ (soon) "Wow, ive been having this special feeling concerning The Saboteur and i wasnt sure why (something other than the good old charming france-germany WW2 atmosphere), and thank you SIR for mentioning Inglourious Basterds.. that must be it! must be why i feel special about that game, cuz i loved the movie !
"@Icemael said:Because 2010 is less than a month away? Just in January, there are four releases I want more than The Saboteur. That's right, four releases next month." Nope. It looks pretty sweet, but I need to save my cash for all the 2010 releases. "Why dont you save your money for all the 2011 releases since its Next Year of 2010 so u dont waste the money on 2010. "
But hey, why save my money for games I want more? Why should I care about games I've been anticipating for more than half a year when I can waste my money on a game I don't want that badly? Thanks for setting me straight, man.
Just got it today!
Haven't played it yet. It's here beside me, think I'll fire it up and give it a go now.
After reviews have been coming out pretty solid, I've really started looking into this game as a potential own. I like the setting/black and white asthetic, and the Mercenaries-style gameplay looks fun enough.
welp I traded in stuff and got it for free (well if you consider trading in stuff...free)
been playing awhile. Game is definitely rough around the edges but I can't help but like it. The only real annoyance IMO is the framerate. Seems consistently a tad bit choppy...mainly the cutscenes. Other than that I'm enjoying it. It's like GTA..but you know...fun.
I wouldn't buy it tho unless you already have interest in it from seeing vids. Otherwise the "jankyness" if it ill probably put you off immediately.
The game's ai is a little retarded some times. What the reviews called of "bad implemented furtive approach". The kind that you kill a soldier near another in a machine gun, and he don't even turn around to see if something is happen, he stays frozen in place.
And the game doesn't look much fun to play.
Some missions look like a chore, especially a bombing mission i saw.
The driving seems a little rough.
But all and all it seems interesting, but the game doesn't look like a must-have.
No, maybe a rent. I just haven't seen anything about the game that looks awesome. Looks like the Godfather with Assassin's Creed climbing.
definitely worthy of a buy. I disagree with Ryan on this game a lot. He says that it dosent make you forget you are playing a videogame, but I constantly got lost in the city, and its awesome visuals, which attracted me to the game in the first place. It has minor problems like, not so fluid climbing of walls, and some weak animations, not including the main protangonist, which is brilliantly animated, but overall it is a fantastic game, that is definitely worth the money of any fan of the genre.
Have it and really enjoy it. I mean it's not a AAA title but it's definitely a lot of fun, and what else is a game supposed to be?
