How long do you have to idle for it to unlock? i sat there for 3 smokes in a row and i didn't get anything.

3 smokes in real life is piss poor. Maybe 3 packs would do.

I think you need to smoke 100, but you don't have to do it all at once.

If you had to do it all at once, the only thing smoking would probably be the Xbox.
