    I have the Terror Flammenwerfer, but no regular one is in my shop. I've bought all the other guns in the shop and don't have the achievement yet, so I know I'm missing something. I tried getting a high alarm level but any time I killed a guy shooting flames at me I coudln't pick up his weapon.
     
    It could be a gun you get for beating the game, since I haven't quite done that yet..
