I hope it's another patch.Yes me too.
I was under the impression that the announcement was about GOG.com's new publisher.
If CD Projekt are announcing something too, I'd imagine it'll be about the 360 port and possibly upcoming DLC.

If they are announcing a 360 version, wouldn't they keep that for e3?
Its Witcher 2 on consoles. Come on, its pretty obvious.yeah, this and probably an expansion.
Doesn't seem like a console port or DLC/expansion:
Also, can't wait to see GOG's next publisher, I'm hoping for EA :oCD Projekt RED will also be making a big announcement about their next upcoming title

"CDP Red will discuss some of the successes of the recent launch of The Witcher 2, and will also map out a plan for continued support for the new title."

@salad10203 said:This. Also, I wan't to see all the decisions carry over to the 3rd game. So many possibilities!Expansion please, for the love of god what happens after the ending?it's pretty obvious Geralt is heading north to the Nifgaardian Empire to find Yennefer.
I hope it's a proper, big expansion, and I hope it's getting released soon. I don't see any need for DLC items or anything small like that, because frankly there's enough loot in the game as it is. If it is an expansion of some sort, I don't see how they can do anything other than a continuation from the story's end. The closed off nature of the game's progression doesn't lend itself to additional side quests, so unless they're doing some proper prologue stuff, I have to imagine that if there is an expansion coming, it's been in the plans since early development and will see you continuing the story from where you left off. I'd be delighted if they began releasing episodic instalments, roughly a chapter's length each every month or two, rather than making us wait until the Witcher 3 in a number of years time, but I think that might be a bit pie in the sky.

CD Projekt RED announces that it has begun collaborating with Plastige Image Studio on a new project. The first result of this cooperation is a trailer directed by Oscar-nominated Tomasz Bagiński. It will be unveiled on Thursday, June 2nd during the CD Projekt Summer Conference preceding the E3 trade show in Los Angeles, CA.
“Working with Platige Image on the first Witcher game left us with a great impression. They are truly amazing; their work is clearly world-class. We are certain their video material will spice up our newest production. While a high-quality rendered movie takes a lot of work to produce and is short compared to the total gameplay time, it is very impressive, and thus adds considerably to the overall mood of the game,” said Adam Badowski, The Witcher 2 Game Director.
Tomasz Bagiński and his Platige Image group were behind cinematics for the first Witcher, which were nominated for Visual Effect Society Award.
“I am really happy to team up with CD Projekt RED again and to return to the great Witcher family. Both our companies have developed a lot over the past few years. Although our studio has worked on many interesting and major projects, I remember our participation on the first Witcher very fondly. When the opportunity arose to collaborate again, I didn’t have to think twice. The trailer we have prepared for E3 is the first fruit of our renewed cooperation,” - Said Tomasz Bagiński, Trailer Director.
As GOG 's got a gigantic countdown clock (3 hrs to go) on their site, it probably precludes any console port announcement (which is a shame, as I'd love to play The Witcher, but my laptop can barely handle most web flash applications, I doubt'd it could even handle the installer for either Witcher 1 or 2.)
Attempting to use Google's translator on most of the Polish pages confirms @Scooper's post. I wonder if they're going to do short web featurettes, like the MK web shorts?
Seems a few Polish retailers have jumped the gun and confirmed the Witcher 2 for the 360 on November 15th.
No word on the PS3.. We'll see if they have anything else to announce at this conference, it does seem they're throwing around the term "new IP" a lot.
I hope there's something Witcher 2 related, that isn't just the 360 announcement :(
Edit: Bah, nothing more specific than a confirmation of upcoming DLC. That's something I guess, but doesn't sound like any kind of meaningful expansion... guess we'll have to wait til the Witcher 3 comes out to continue the story.
