So I just bought what I assume is the premium edition of the Witcher 2 today (no where on the box does it say premium or collectors edition) and it is according to our wiki on this site supposed to come with the thing below:
 

• Game DVD (except when ordering the digital edition)
• Making of movie
• Soundtrack of the game
• Map of the gaming world
• Game guide
• Manual
• Pamphlet and coin
• Papercraft

I had a different version but it still had the Pamphlet and Coin. The Pamphlet is basically an envelope with some art of a pig and text about King Henselts war. My collectors edition had 2 coins, one with King Foltest on it and the other a cursed coin with a skull on it.

I got the Nordic Edition (it's supposed to be the same as the regular premium edition with a couple of extras) and I got both the coin and the pamphlet, I also got a shitload of papercrafts. 
 
The coin is tiny and the pamphlet looks like a letter.

My coin was inside the folded pamphlet. The coin could easily have dropped out somewhere, maybe even before it arrived to you. Was your pamphlet closed with tape?

My coin was in the pamphlet as well.  I love that pamphlet too... it really captures the political aspects of the story.

I did.  I even resorted the game guide for the nekker contract after running around the map about a dozen times and coming up empty :o.  PRO TIP:  Don't bother looking where the game guide says you should look, because it's completely wrong.

where do you buy the nordic edition?

i noticed on the gog site it has everything but doesnt mention the coins....did they forget to mention them or is there somewhere else i can get the version that has the coins (i really want those coins lol :P)

Probably fell down the side of the couch or wherever. Mine fell on the floor when I opened it all up so I can easily see it getting lost before you know it's there for some people.

@Contro: Which version did you get?  I bought the nordic edition myself, got a pamphlet and a coin.

I miss getting the boxed PC games; Steam is just so freakin' easy!

I have both retail and steam version for matter. yeah, I have a coin inside envelope. human skull on it. 

The pamphlet and the Coin are in game items right? I went through the game and don't remember seeing the curse coin in game. Where do you find it?

I just ordered the two books, so looking forward to that.

You could try sending them an email but that tiny coin is not really worth the trouble.

I will gladly trade my coin for the ability to play the game. Buggy before it even begins
