    King Tibarn, Ruler of Phoenicis (Hawk King) from the Fire Emblem series.

    Tibarn is the Hawk King from the Fire Emblem series.  His domain is the region of Phoenicis in the Southwestern portion of Tellius.  He holds a severe dislike of the Beorc, especially those in Begnion, due to the Serenes massacre of years past (where the Herons were slaughtered by Begnion agents).  Through Ike's actions over the course of the games, Tibarn eventually softens and joins forces with Ike.

    TIbarn is predominantly seen with his two aides, Janaff and Ulki, who serve as his eyes and ears respectively.  Tibarn has an uneasy relationship with his raven counterpart, Naesala.
