This will likely be coming in the November 30th update, but could also be part of a future update. All we really know is that a lead engineer on Titanfall 2 recently tweeted this:

This means that Titanfall 2 should soon be joining a rather limited number of games that have a field of vision option on a console.

That's awesome. I love playing at 90-100 FoV on most games so this will be way better.

This game in particular seems like it could really benefit from the situational awareness.

Cool! I probably won't fiddle around with this, but it is a nice thing to have for other players.

Why would you ever turn it down?

Other games that have had FOV sliders in console games that I've expierienced, specifically Borderlands 2, took a slight dip in framerate at the 110 setting. So as long as that doesn't happen here, then that's pretty cool.

@jackiechansfoot: In some games you don't need a high FoV since it makes things in the middle of the screen look further away.

That being said, Titanfall 2 is amovement based game where you would want a higher FoV for smoothness and better situational awareness. I really hope they will also patch in higher values than 90.
