    Overview

    Todd was hired by Professor Oak to go to Pokemon Island to take photographs of Pokemon.

    In the cartoons, his name was given as Todd on the broadcast version, and the later VHS/DVD release gave it as Snap. When his episodes later aired on Toonami Jetstream, they reconciled the two by making his full name Todd Snap.
