    I'm trying to play with a friend. He is connected to the Internet (we're speaking through a PSN party), when he starts the game he is given the "You are now online. You are connected to Ubisoft servers. Online features are available." notification. However, when he loads his campaign and enters the lobby screen, his NAT status is offline and we can't party up. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, is there a fix?

    No idea, check the official forums at ghostrecon.net or try Reddit.

    Drop your PS4 in your router's DMZ. Nobody is gonna hack your PS4. All the sensitive info on it is held off the console on Sony's servers anyway. That will open your NAT guaranteed.

    A lot of Ubisoft games give me NAT issues. Believe you'll just need to connect to your modem/router settings and open up specific ports.

    Thanks for the replies guys. I appreciate it. It just seems ridiculous that Ubisoft gets a pass with this. No other game has ever given us an issue when trying to play together.

    Ah yes, Ubisoft bringing back that glorious NAT. I had to go into my router settings and create a static IP and open ports in For Honor. I can't even remember the last time I had to even think about that stuff. Ubi with that late 2006 nostalgia, goooooood stuff.

    @deanoxd: Thanks for this!

    I'm trying to tell him to check with his router. He's hesitant he'll mess something up.

    If your friend still needs help try here: https://portforward.com/

    They should have all the info he needs for creating static IP addresses, and forwarding the necessary ports for PSN and Wildlands.
