    been a while since anything new was posted on here about this game. the new games has this listed as a march 1 release but i would think we'd ba hearing more about this game if it was that soon to release. has anyone heard anything new on this game other than it's scheduled for a release sometime before q1 starts this year?

    Damn I just realized this game is going to be up against SOCOM and BF3 this year, I guess delaying the game wasn't that good of an idea.  Maybe it's still being worked on to push it into 2012?

    I saw a video of the developers playing it but I think that was back at Ubisofts E3.

    really wish the team over at ubisoft working on this would release somethin new to show. i was looking through the new games tab and saw this game and totally remembered "oh yea. that's still happening isn't it?" and got my interests piqued again for it. somethin makes me think we could be seeing this again at e3 this year since they are just saying 2011 now instead of q4 2011. i hope for the best for this game though.

    It's apparently been delayed until the next fiscal year (which means any time from the end of March until the end of March 2012).  If Splinter Cell: Conviction is anything to go by, I'm sure this means that Future Soldier will be great!

    i actually liked spliner cell: conviction. was it a super amazing game? by all means not at all. was it a decent game? yea. i enjoyed my time with it. it wasn't too hard but not too easy. just good fun. i don't understand why it gets so much crap like it does.

    Because the controls were shit, the stealth was garbage, the shooting was just as bad as it's always been in Splinter Cell games (which was fine for those because they were actually stealth games whereas this was a shitty Gears of War knockoff) and the story for the single-player was painfully stupid.  Deniable Ops was better, but not by much and still frustrating in general.

    They better have done something to make this game stand out, with the delays.  I have high hopes as usual (And of course hope they make the nonlinearity that was in the original GR before GRAW and GR2...that won't happen.)

    SOCOM? Really? No one ever had to worry about that franchise, no one need start now. Battlefield is something else of course.

    @Alexander:  maybe not nowadays but back some years ago people had reason to fear socom if they were releasing a shooter on the ps2. just have to wait and see how the new one turns out.

    wow. you make it sound way shittier than what i played of it. i liked it for what it was. yea, the stealth was ehh at times and the shooting was wonky as well but i still had fun with it nonetheless.

    Didn't Splinter Cell: Conviction come with a beta code for Ghost Recon??
    Also, Amazon has a March 31st release date, and gamestop has a October 1st release date, so there probably isn't an actual date for the game.
