This is a decent game with some open world jank and some really terrible dialogue and story telling but i keep playing. 0
As of this post i've spent over 70 hours with the game, most of that being solo play but a decent portion of it 15-20% in co-op. During that time, i've finished the campaign, eliminated all the bosses in all regions, discovered what i feel are the best weapons in the game for my play style, and gotten both the "good" and "bad" endings. I'm sorry to say that as in the opening minutes, the story is pretty much non-existent throughout the entire game but the story the was never the main draw for me...

A fun open world experience bogged down by repetition and a few poor design choices 1
This game has some pretty poor writing, a number of really awkward design choices that feel more like bugs (in addition to actual bugs) and a strange way to integrate story. This may make a poor first impression. Ghost Recon Wildlands is yet another entry into Ubisoft's "online shooter with the Tom Clancy name" genre, and although it has a lot going for it, it has just as much working against it. Functioning as a an open-world equivalent to Ubisoft's The Division, Wildlands essentially plays as a tactical Grand Theft Auto.
