So at the very end of the new trailer, there is a link at the bottom of the screen on the last image with the ESRB and platforms shown. The link takes you to the shareholder meeting transcript where Blacklist was discussed for the first time. Here's an excerpt:

I'm really excited for the new title. I can't wait to see the innovation from Ubisoft and where they take the franchise next.
