It does not even feel like splinter cell. I remember the older games where you could go throught the hole lvl without killing one person at all in this there is no way to do so.

It is just a demo, not the full game. i wouldn't judge it on that merit just yet. Also, the story this time is about revenge, so don't expect a happy kill-free Sam.

i think its great. even if the hardest difficulty is no harder than the easiest. but it is just a demo so i cant say how easy the rest of the game will be

I really enjoyed it, and really made me look forward to the full game. The controls, once I got used to them, were nearly ideal, and I loved the "last known position" mechanic. The game feels fast and smooth.

The controls kind of take some getting used to, but I thought it was really fun.  It basically sold me the game.

I liked it alot, besides is just a DEMO.  And this is kind of a new direction for sam fisher so its a different game experience. 

 
I like how you hold the LT to snap to cover and use A to sprint between cover positions, making it easy to sneak around someone for a quick kill.  If you wanna just run in and kill everyone then you can do that but just like past SC game you gotta be careful because you take a lot of damage. 
 
I really love the interegation scene in the beginning and how at the end Sam Fisher snaps the dude's neck WITH ONE HAND!  Also the slamming dude's face into sinks and urinals is pretty cool too and i deffinatly hope there's more of that in the full game. 

It's a very old build, I hope that the final product is vastly improved. 

I like the demo, everything was pretty cool the controls were easy to figure out once you get to play it a few times. the only downfall with it was its really short demo and it took like forever to download.

The demo is actually pretty good, eventhough i have never finished a splinter cell game this was looks ok so far.

I was impressed with the gameplay. I'm probably going to buy this if the multiplayer and co-op holds up.

err... wait, that didn't come out right.

I liked it, and couldn't wait to play more, but, it was the first Splinter Cell game I've played.

This is the demo they showed a while back at E3, count on the final product being a little altered.

I really liked it a lot but I can definitely see people being completely split on the game. Especially how Ryan and Brad both responded so differently to the builds they played.

But I suppose it's normal to expect different controls since they did say they wanted they "re-start" the franchise in a certain (even though it's more thematically than gameplay wise).
 
The killing just fits with the story. Fisher isn't doing a stealth mission, he's doing a personnal thing, and he's pissed.

I think it feels like splinter cell but modernized, and I'm really enjoying it.

I'm not really liking the entire franchise

given the context of the game, the killing seems apt. the only thing i didn't like about the demo was that it was over in about fifteen seconds.
