    So, I've finished the single player portion of the game but in the weapons loadout I'm still missing 3 guns. 
     
    1 machine pistol (the second one)
    1 SMG (bottom left)
    1 Assualt rifle (top left)
     
    Are all of these unlocked through the co-op story or did I just straight up miss them somehow during the campaign?

    I believe all of those weapons are obtainable through Co-op story mode.

    I can at least confirm that the machine pistol and the SMG are unlockable by completing the first level of the CO-OP. 
     
    The assault rifle however I do not know.

    Although I do not have the game I do know that two weapons are available through download. The SCAR-H (an assault rifle) through U-play, and the MP7 (SMG) due to a free download or something.
