Back in April 16th of this year Gamesradar made a prediction of when Conviction would come to the PS3(link below):

They made a best,average and worst case scenario for it's release date by looking at prior Splinter Cell games on PS2.Their worst case was for Sept. 12th 2010 and now it's the 24th and nothing?Are you still waiting for it or do you just not care anymore?

Meh, played it  once on my counin's 360 and  it doesent hold a candle to early entries.Id rather just play through the old games with that hd collection they are coming out with.

I never liked Splinter Cell.  Always a Metal Gear guy.

It will eventually come out. Ubisoft will soon realize that they need more money so they release it on the PS3 a month after the HD collection.

Conviction is fucking awesome. The more I play it, the more I love it. Hold out and get it.

Same here. I tried the conviction demo, but even with the gameplay changes, the pure stealth approach bores me. I always just assumed it was on the PS3. Was it a 360 exclusive? I had no idea. "

I like it.  I got it release day...  Just started my second play through yesterday.  Short ass single player game, but very fun... 
 
Still need to beat that co-op campaign.. 
 
But anyhow, it's Ubisoft..  It's Microsoft...  Screams timed exclusive to me.

If it's still coming it will be alongside the rumoured Splinter Cell HD remake collection.

Nah, it wasn't the best SC game anyway. 

More concerned about Mass Effect 2 coming to Ps3

This game was such a disappointment to me.  I am glad I just rented it.

Isn't it a bit ironic that they went heavy DRM with the PC versions of this and AC2, but don't have a version for the most difficult console to pirate games on?

Ended up playing it on PC, didn't like the game at all. Strayed way off the original series. If i wanted third person shooter i would look elsewhere.

I bought it on the 360 and barely played it because I didn't like it. I don't need to waste my money on a PS3 version as well.
