I just bought this game because it was on sale on Steam. After it was finished downloading, I tried to launch the game but I keep getting a message that reads: "This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time." Is this something that I can fix or is this an issue on Steam's end?

I have since deleted the game and reinstalled but still receive the same message. Not sure if this means anything but I also noticed that on my games list Splinter Cell does not have the cloud icon next to it like all the other games I have installed on Steam.

Have you tried turning your computer off and on again?

@nintendoeats: Yes, after I downloaded it initially I restarted Steam. When that didn't work I tried restarting my computer and still I couldn't get it to work.

@essd0g: Well then, you should contact Steam Support. That is pretty weird.

It can mean the Steam servers are overloaded. Seeing as the sale is going on, it's pretty likely.
