Tomb Raider: 10th Anniversary Edition (TRAE) was the last Tomb Raider game developed by Core Design, the original creators of the franchise.

In 2003, due to poor sales of Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, Eidos Interactive took away Tomb Raider franchise from Core Design and assigned Crystal Dynamics to work on the next game in the series (Tomb Raider: Legend).

TRAE was developed soon after Tomb Raider: Legend, but was later canned by Eidos in favour of Crystal Dynamics' "Tomb Raider: Anniversary". Nevertheless TRAE is actively being restored by the fans and is playable on PC. It is completely different to Tomb Raider: Anniversary in a sense that it keeps the original levels whilst adding more to them with better level geometry and new moves.
