I have a feeling that the day or week before this game comes out it'll get delayed into Q2 09. I don't know why but given the troubled history it has I think it's highly probable. Anyone agree?

I don't think that there going to do that at all. D-Dogg is pretty convinced that people like it as it is. And if I recall, I remember hearing that it's done.

I'm fairly certain it is gold. Plus, if Denis has been pretty outspoken about how a game's marketing should be handled, and he's been saying since the beginning of the year that they have have a release date.

no, i watched an interview with the danis diac himself and he said that they were just about to go golden, so as far as I am to beleive it should make its release.

A demo was released, the preview build has been played and previewed by many sites, it's coming out.

The demo would only ever be released after the game was in a finished (not technically done and polished) build. Q2 wouldn't make any sense at all. At most it would delay until X-mas, and that's not happening.

Definatley sure it's near gold completation, then first week of august production then shipping to retailers.

Then a week of cases sitting in boxes in stores, and dozens of "Igot it early!!!!" threads all across the interwebs.

I'll do you one better, the content department has already been working on Too Human 2 for the past year.  They might as well since there was the engine holdup and they needed to build their own engine after they had trouble with the Unreal engine.  I'll bet you if the first one is enough of a success Too Human 2 will be out next year before xmas.

I'd be happy waiting longer for TH2 if they were to wait for player feedback and then take that into consideration when building the sequel.

Nah this game won't get delayed. Not after putting the demo up a few weeks ago,whenever they get to that kind of stage to release a public demo anyone can download,if a "delay" at all happens it would be a week to a month tops,but its doubtful even that.

If they delay it again, they're going to have a mob of gamers burn down their studio.

Yeah MGS has a pretty good track record of getting their games out on time, I don't believe that they would announce a street date without making sure they could meet it. Also, apparently there is some obscure gamestop executive memo going around that says that there have been over 800,000 preorders for Too Human so far and they are predicting sales of about 1.4 million. I don't know about the validity of those numbers but i certainly hope TH does well because i really want to see the whole trilogy.
