    Tootie is the younger sister of the rebellious babysitter Vicky, unlike her evil counterpart to her sister, Tootie is a geeky, annoying and generally a good-natured 9 year girl who is secretly in love with Timmy who likes to follow him around for the future of romantic relationship.

    As her secret admirer Timmy doesn't like to admit her sometimes, he helped her by giving his Crimson Chin doll after he apologized for being so mean to her and being tortured by her evil sister Vicky and he granted a Birthday Wish by giving his Fairy God Parents Cosmo and Wanda to Tootie on her birthday until midnight.

    Timmy and Tootie appear in the live-action movie Fairly Odd Movie: Grow up Timmy Turner as two of them get into a romantic relationship with each other as their love interest is about to be realistic.
