    Touhou 14.3 was announced by ZUN on April 12, 2014 for release at the 11th Reitaisai festival on May 11th.

    It features Seija Kijin as the playable character, and as Seija is a very underhanded character, the player is allowed to use various "cheat items" to progress through the game.

    The game's trailer was released on the same day.
