I forgot my account name back in the original nations so when forever came out i thought i would pick it up again. Well i tried to make a new accounts and i get a error saying Account Creation Failed Error: Already Subscribed. Now i dont know what my old account was and i do not know how to get my user name or password back..... is their any way around this so i can play this game again?

Your account username is tied to the registration code, so if you're trying to use the same code to register a new username then it ain't gonna work. How did you get Trackmania? Via Steam?
