Was just wondering whats the worst things you guys have done when playing either this or any other game?

I was once playing the old Jet Li game 'Rise to Honor', and in that game if a dude hit you during a combo you broke out of it, but if they started one you couldn't do anything. I remember getting SO ANNOYED I snapped by crappy thin TV remote haha!!

You guys ever get SO annoyed you just have to break something or yell or whatever?

The worst I've done is put the controller down and pour myself a glass of whiskey.

Actually broke my ps3 controller by tossing it into the wall.

Mortal Kombat caused my controller to be hurled a few times. And I nearly broke my keyboard when playing some game I think it was an MMO.

The most you'll ever get out of me is "Ah, now..." or "Ah, for feck's sake" in a very hush tone.

Hahaha the controller smashing off the wall is more my way!! I've tried to calm down more though and rationalise with the old favourite of 'its only a game'. Except....its not only a game is it?! ITS MY ENTIRE LIFE.

If I lose more than three matches in a row in Mk, I usually resist throwing it but just bang on the buttons in pure fury when i know I am losing hard. Thankfully I haven't done that on vita MK.....yet.

The worst I ever get playing alone is angrily saying "Well fuck you to!" and switching the game off and I don't get angry during competitive games often but when I keep fucking up in co-op games MAN do I get riled up I think it has as much to do with embarrassment as it does with anger or frustration. I remember one time I was playing local co-op in Halo 3 on Legendary kept getting killed in the same place by the same guy over and over, at one point my friend snarkily said "maybe don't get shot there" which prompted the only time to date that I have actually thrown a controller across a room.

When I was little I used to get really, really angry about certain games. I've since realized that since my primary reason for gaming is enjoyment, a game that just makes me upset isn't worth playing.

Dota. Got up, hit my chair with my foot, blood ensued.

Gave my friend a black eye playing Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters because I threw my controller at him. Not proud of that.

I Stomped on my PS3 controller unintentionally when I was in rage once. I don't remember the game or circumstances.

The worst I've done is break a controller and that only happened once. I beat every fight in MK9s story on hard and then that last Shao Kahn boss fight made me lose my goddamn shit. That fight had to of been one of the most aggravating things in my goddamn life. That might be hyperbolic, but christ that was such bullshit.

I usually don't get made while playing videogames but there was this one time while playing ninja gaiden 2 where i just couldn't take it anymore; I had been fighting a stupid giant fire-spitting porcupine that fucking EXPLODED when you killed him and it always got me, that fucker always managed to kill me regardless of how fast i tried to run away from it, to make it worse every time i died i had to fight another boss that came before it and it took so much time, by the fifth time that happened i just couldn't take it anymore, I stood up, opened the disc tray and broke that fucking disk, haha! Who wins now porcupine? I know that is a little extreme but it felt so good, i'm glad i never played again that game.

My most recent memory of hard rage was Dark Souls (surprised?). After dying for the umpteenth time on the final boss I just screamed out in rage (so my dog ran and hide), uninstalled the game from my 360, and swore to never touch it again. Now it's sitting on my shelf, mocking me, taunting me. I'll probably go back to it one day when my sanity has returned.

I broke one of my PS3 controller's during a online match in NBA Jam OFE, now I feel dumb.

I don't like to lose control of myself, so I rarely can rage about anything. There will be evil thoughts in my mind of death and destruction, but if it ever comes out into the open it's generally with friends and in a comical matter. I think the worst I've ever done is scream "FUCK!" at the screen.

This happened a lot last night when I attempted (and succeeded) to get the Rattler 125cc achievement on The Ascent. God, was that log jump a bitch.

I'm normally pretty in control when it comes to playing games (mostly cause I'm fully aware that I suck at most of them) but the one time I can remember losing it was playing Warhawk on my shiny new PS3 in 2007. I was playing against some school friends who were taking advantage of some exploit or another, and after one too many cheap deaths I brought my sixaxis down hard on the nearest surface.

Unfortunately this just happened to be the top of my little sisters laptop which she had saved for for months on end, the result was a desperate trip to the local PC wizards, handing over of months upon months worth of allowance for the repair and buying sweets to guarantee my sisters silence.

I only got round to telling my Dad the truth of what happened last year, after I had safely moved out and was 150 odd miles away.

Nope your correct. That fight was THE WORST

I know, right? The worst part was people always rationalized it as "Well MK has always had messed up bosses." which was always the most backwards way of thinking about it. Oy!
