after playing hours of both online and with friends, I have come to the conclusion that UFC is more fun and advanced than SF IV

More fun? Maybe. More advanced? Thats a lot harder to argue.

Are you playing on PS3 or Xbox 360?

I would have to say Street Fighter IV is far more advanced with all it's frame counting and 1-frame link combos and cancels... *rattles on for an hour*

Fun is a variable though.  I can give you that much.

UFC is definitely more complex in that there are so many different stances and move sets depending on what position you're in, but SF4 can be extremely more technical depending on how much you want to get in to it.

I never played Street Fighter 4 but at a buddys house,,,,,byt I would totally go with UFC 100% of the time.

I like SF4 a lot, but I have yet to play UFC, is it that good ? should I ? 

I was surprised as hell by the UFC demo. Good stuff.

I only have the demo of UFC, fighting games dont appeal to me, except realistic ones like UFC or Fight night, and Bloody Roar!!!!

I've never liked 2D style fighting games, they just don't justify the full price tag. Sure, they're awesome for one off plays in a arcade from time to time, but I really don't see what all the fuss is about.
