Not the exercise game you wanted.

First off, the calibration and use of the move controllers on this game is poor. The only calibration this game has is holding the controllers level and pointing them at the camera. That's fine for something like a light gun game, but for a game that needs to track your movements it's less than ideal. This leads to having to use the move as a slow moving pointer, instead of being able to scroll through menus.

There are multiple ways to exercise. You can do custom and premade work outs which focus on things like lunges and squats, and there are activities. The workouts got pretty boring, and they don't even make use of the move so I stuck with the activities. Each time you do a workout you can pick from multiple trainers who are all voiced.

The game "tracks" your calories, but it's pretty off in some of the exercises. Multiple times it showed that I had burned over 200 calories from what was a two minute workout, when I was barely breaking a sweat.

The main activities consist of hitting the mitts, punching bag, tire flip, and speed bag. Hitting the mitts is pretty poor. It consists of only jabs, crosses, uppercuts, and hooks. There are "kicks" and "knees" but they aren't really detected, and if you don't do them it automatically counts anyways. There isn't the same precision you get with other move games. I was missing hits for no reason, and it felt like I was playing a Wii game. Your trainer is constantly saying the same things over and over, and about every ten seconds stops you, says something about changing it up, but then you go back to doing the exact same things. Difficulty settings are rather useless, they just increase the amount of your workout, and not the intensity. I never got tire flip to work properly. Speed bag is hitting a speed bag, but the game was constantly complaining that I was going too fast or too slow. Punching bag is the best activity, which is straightforward and works.

The loading times are ridiculous for not being a lot on screen. Depending on the mode, it's usually just your trainer and some exercise equipment in the background and it takes about 10-15 seconds to load.

This game is a rental at best. There's not a whole lot to do, and what there is doesn't work very well.
