I was thinking about picking this game up but one of the problems I remembered from the first game was that when fighting online some of the matches were unplayable do  to lag.   Did the developers fix this problem in the new version; also is the community still full of disconnecters like the first game. 

It still happens sometimes.

I haven't really found a laggy match so far, but there is a problem joining games. 
IDK if it's just on the PS3 version, but I'll find one game out of 10 that I can actually join.
