I had it lock up once during the monster chase scene. However once the PS3 reset it, the next time it didn't skip a beat. This was before downloading the patch just fyi.
 
Edit: Just wanted to add that no it didn't lock up when I got the water jet.

There's that rumor about the latest firmware causing problems with Uncharted, but before I even heard about that I was playing a lot of Uncharted on 3.00 and I haven't gotten a single freeze...

It wouoldn't make a difference if it was used. They're the same game, whether it's used or new. Just wait until a patch or update or something :)

It's an issue with the 3.0 firmware. They already acknowledged the issue and claimed to be working on it.

Did you really expect them to have a new copy? That's pretty much what they do. At least you saved $3 for validating their business. "

I've heard 3.0 is causing problems with Uncharted.

The game froze in the cave area for me, when I was playing it today, but I reloaded the game and it's worked fine since.
 
I've heard other people having this problem with Uncharted recently.
