Which historical figure from the Uncharted series interests you most?
Genghis Khan, of course.
Honestly though, of them all he's the most interesting. After traveling through Europe, I've been studying the history of Asia, which I don't feel I was ever taught in school. My American textbooks were very west-centric. Genghis created the biggest empire ever. Rome's got nothing on this guy.
