    Headshot!

Hello unreal how are you? Good? you look good and sound good to for that matter. But people say your not aging well. I think you look fine for how thin you've been spreading yourself. Ok a little bit more on topic now unreal is just that. unreal. If i could have 1 thing in my life that would be the announcer of the UT games to follow me around narrating my life. I digress.

Unreal tournie is a fantastic shooter. Deffinatly underated. The game provides hours of fun explosions, veichles, weapons, announcers, and chaos. Unreal tounament is packed full of everything you love in sci-fi shooters and epic. The range of weapons is good. You start off with your standard pistol type thing which does minimal damage but in a pinch may get you by. But you wont keep this for long as you have a variety of other weapons such as a rocket lancher that launches 3 rockets, a flak canon which is like a shotgun in all respects except for the ability to shoot a ball that then explodes. a laser beam gun that strips people of their skin. a classic sniper rifle. the bio rifle which i can say is a good item for epic to drop from the ut series. The redeemer and all its friends are here.

Now for the vehicles if theres one rule for designing vehicles in UT3 its make it as big as possible and stick as many guns as possible on it. From giant tank with giant lasers to war of the worlds type walker with more lasers and explosions. But you may be asking how you make an extreme game even more extreme? Add a hoverboard is how! When on open terrain maps you have the ability to use the hoverboard which is lightening quick but be careful if your hit you will fall off.

Now the single player in UT3 is by no means good blah blah war blah blah revenge blah blah burned hometown. It's all been heard before.  The single player is a good place to start to learn strategies and differant game types. More like a long tutorial as oposed to a real single player. The multiplayer is where UT has always shined and still does for that matter.

Of corse everyone reading this knows what a deathmatch is and what capture the flag is but they have a new mode thats actually quite abit of fun. the main object is overload your opponents core via shooting it when its exposed. Now the catch. In order to expose your opponents core you must take over and hold a series of strategic points which provide you a place of respaning, weapons, and machienery. To capture a strategic point you have 2 options 1 is take a glowing pall of poo and bring it to the capture point and capture the point instantly or assault the strategic point with your weaponry and capture it over a matter of minuets. once you control all the strategic points required your opponents core is exposed for an assault and you know the rest.

All in all its a solid game it deserved better. And one more thing i forgot to mention is if you make an online account it saves your game online so if your format your system your saved games and whatnot are saved.

      Classic Tournament Gaming with a Face-lift 0

Nothing brings back good memories such as sniping on a CTF map, hidden in a tower, and after hearing head shot several times, hearing the announcer scream "HOLY S*%$!". Unreal Tournament is a well known franchise so there's little introduction to what you need to know about this game. If you've unfamiliar though, all you really need to know is shoot the other colored team. Shoot them good!UT3 feels really familiar since it is essentially the same exact game as all of the other Unreal Tournament...

      EPIC FAIL'd! 0

With this one, Epic most certainly did fail us. Really, the only thing they can claim to have improved is the graphics. The Gameplay still retains some of the fun from it's predecessors, and this is really the only reason I don't give it 1 star. It's still a fast paced, action packed experience, and you still just run around killing everyone, with the exception of a returning gametype from UT'04 (albeit modified for the worse).Core gameplay aside, it seems Epic has sold out. Every game since UC2 ...
