Wow, an alpha that actually looks like an alpha. It's cool to see they're serious about development being open to the community.

It looks like an alpha and glitches a bit but when I started playing I was hooked and felt its good old UT. Now I'm sure I will check out the future release or maybe even beta.

I was surprised by how rough it looked. I downloaded it last night sight unseen, figuring it would look like that demo level footage that was going around a couple of weeks ago. But yeah! It's early as heck!

Yup, seems really early but still pretty playable. I hope the movement speed isn't representative of what they're aiming for though, even Titanfall was quite a bit faster than the gameplay in that video, and it was still pretty far from the movement speed in the classic arena shooters.

Well, I am glad they got the bio riffle in. /sarcasm

I really hope this game is good but even more I just hope people play it. UT3 was fine, it just came out when the market was shifting towards slower paced more realistic shooters for consoles. Those are fine if thats what you are into but I cant think of anything more boring for me.

That looks really laggy but I am excited they are actually moving ahead. Unreal Engine 4 is here!
