A First Look At DUST 514

It's an interesting idea how it literally ties into the EVE universe, but ActiBliz's next MMO will be an Infinity Ward / Blizzard collaboration MMOFPS called World of Duty and it will destroy this and take over the world.

Sounds good to me...especially the console based part.

That actualy looks pretty cool. I like the idea of MMOFPS games and with today's tech is very much possible.

It's GB page doesn't include pc.

Between this and Planetside 2, 2015 is shaping up to be a great year for me. Assuming I'm still alive.

I tried Eve for a while and it wasn't my cup of tea.  But this looks very different and you gotta like that trailer

So it's like MAG in EVE?

Being the EVE fan that I am, I watched the 2 hour fanfest keynote, they showed a lot more than this of the new FPS.  Judging by what they showed, this trailer looks like actual gameplay.
 
It looks a little like Battlefield 2142 on steroids.  It has a lot of potential, but what they showed at Fanfest had quite a few rough edges, so given that CCP sticks to the Blizzard philosphy of release dates, I don't think we'll be seeing DUST for quite some time.

So excited! I play EVE and I am curious how this will affect that game.

Eve Online, only shooter? Sounds cool, as long as the leveling system doesn't involve starting a character and then spending 6 months just training learning skills before doing anything. :P
