Capcom Reminds Us All of the Many Foes We'll Face in Remember Me

this game looks promising i hope its as cool as its concept.

Man, I really like the look of everything in this game, so here's hoping it's also a good game.

I feel like I should purchase Remember Me, to support new creative IPs.

I don't think I will though and I think Remember me will be forgotten about.

It's funny, I was more interested in this game when it was all free running and climbing and hacking doods and running. Zombies, techno soldiers and melee combat makes me suddenly feel way more bored.

I played this at PAX East and the controls felt a little loose, but other than that the game looks awesome. The part I played was mainly exploration and combat, none of the memory stuff. All hand to hand combat felt like Batman AA style combat.

I game I didn't care about now has mu fullest attention.

I will play this.

I was really excited for this game but then I saw some early level gameplay from PAX and it soured it a bit. I hope it was just the slow beginning because what they showed was "jump to this ledge, shimmy shimmy, enter an arena and fight these dudes - ok now fight a bigger dood, he's gonna charge at you and you roll out of the way.." I dunno I was expecting a little more assassins creed and a little less straight up brawling.

That said it was the very beginning of the game - I hope it's just a slow start because the premise of the whole mind altering mechanics seems really cool.

There seemed to be something wrong with the animations at the beginning, but I could see where they are going with the quick 'snappy looking' combos by the end of the video.

Looks really cool, a fresh new IP with a couple of innovative ideas like we wanted. I'm digging the art style, a lot of clean shapes, weird use of white and orange. That crazy 'clean dystopian future' feel I liked so much in Mirrors Edge.

When it first started I wondered if it was going to be some kind of weird sequel to Phantom Dust, looks interesting but until it comes out I'll be mixed on if it's worth playing or not.

I don't know what I just saw but I want to see more.

Here's hoping it plays fast with counters, interrupts, and cool combos & unlockable moves. Also 60fps or don't bother. I'm so tired of playing sluggish but flashy action games. It feels like I'm queuing up moves in an MMO.

In for the visual style, hoping the fighting isnt completely broken

This game looks unbelievably cool to me. Can't wait for it to come out! Hopefully it pops up on Steam soon so I can pre-order it.

Exactly my thoughts on the matter. Even if this game is crap, at least they tried something new and there are some neat, innovative ideas that have been tried.

Well I'm on board for the style and its got a PC version, not sure if I'm sold on everything else I've seen of it but I guess we'll see.

I thought I knew what this game was. Turns out I didn't. Infamous/Prototype style = no thanks. Games need to stop taking themselves so seriously.

I think I'm too woozy to watch this video. I'm thinking Jeff is gonna love all the corruption that is happening everywhere.

Visual style looks really fucking cool. Music is cool, seems to fit the setting.

I'm not sure about the gameplay though. Looks a little rough and stale. I'm hoping there will be a Quick Look for this. The visual style at least makes me want to play this if the gameplay is 'okay' or better.

This is the game where the developers had to fight their publisher to have a female protagonist. I'm almost considering buying it for that fact alone but it genuinely looks very fun and may have a cool story if its as ghost-in-the-shell/deus-ex-ish as it looks.

Aesthetically and conceptually, this game is right up my ally. It seems like a nice break from the blandness that is most mainstream games.

And yet, I can't help but feel a little cautious... don't screw this up, Capcom, please.

The more I see of this, the more I like the aesthetic. The combat looks stylized and cool--and more important, I think, different from what else I've seen recently. It looks like a different take on Infamous/Prototype, but far more interesting. I'm still not sure about the in-memory mechanics, but it could be really cool. And I like female protagonists.

Then again, it's Capcom. In general, they tend to make games I think I'll like, and then end up hating. We'll see.

This is honestly all I can think about whenever this title gets mentioned.

I remember gametrailers doing a lengthy video preview of this and it looked kind of bad, good ideas but poorly executed. Saying that, it isnt finished yet so it'll probably get better.

(really wish the trope of 'hey it's the future! dubstep yall!' ends soon...)

By 7.5 you mean a real 7.5, which is good, or a videogame critics 7.5, which is terrible?

I'll be really bummed out if the fighting music isn't just this song or dubstep of some other variety.

I sooo want to play this I love the style and the gameplay looks quite fun.

Fuck if that song wasn't irritating. Gameplay seems nice and Japanese, though.

Looks interesting too me so think I will pick this up. I've bought a lot of new ip's but sadly many of them don't sell well.

This sums it up quite nicely for me. I really hope the they get the controls right. But otherwise, looks fantastic to me.

Something about this is both interesting and off putting to me at the same time.

The first trailer I saw made this game seem very interesting to me. This trailer though confuses the hell out of me. I know it had fighting but now it has mutants or some kind of monsters too. I don't know if this will add to the crazy inception type game play they had. Hopefully it comes together.

Whatever this game is, I will play it!
