I don't mind me some CTF, I wouldn't mind Assault either.

Not that I'm the biggest fan of the whole multiplayer in Bioshock 2 thing, but this mode looks okay. I just wish it didn't look quite so strange when you're running around with the little sister.

Having Multiplayer is fine.
Wasting dozens of development hours on that multiplayer when it could be spend on the singleplayer, is not fine.
Lets hope the campaign doesn't suffer from it, as that's the only thing the Bioshock fans want to play.

I don't know.  I'm on the fence about this.  I was among those who questioned Uncharted 2's multiplayer and that seems to have been a success. Maybe this will be surprisingly satisfying as well.  I choose to withhold judgment until I know more about it. 

Game looks like shit since it was announced. Glad I am not getting excited for Bioshock 2. Multiplayer? Fuck off.

I was never really a big fan of the first Bioshock. I tried... REALLY tried. Attempted to play through it twice bit got bored and quit then finally made it all the way the third time, hoping i would see what made it so great but it was just meh. Still, its a singleplayer game, it really has no need for multiplayer, it just seems like money grabbing and dosnt really fit well with the mood/theme/atmosphere.
 
I can already imagine some retarded 12 year old running around with a mic pretending to be "pedobear" chasing the little girls thinking hes so "funny" and "cool"...

We'll see...

I'm still not totally sure of the MP, but the SP should still be awesome.  ^__^

I don't think its fair to say the WHOLE game sucks because it has multiplayer. Campaign and multi are being developed by separate companies. Just because multiplayer sucks, doesn't mean campaign will. The multiplayer is "in addition to" campaign. You don't have to play it.
