Hear, hear. Well said. I also want to echo the person here who recommended resisting the urge to go full on MST3K style with commentary. If you don't let yourself (try to) get connected to the characters or absorbed into the situations they're in, the game will be reaaaaaaaal boring.

For the record, I genuinely liked Spirits Within, but no universe exists where calling it one of the best anythings of all time is acceptable. Come on, Max!

I'm not going to reveal what it is, but upon seeing the first episode of this game again, I see some serious foreshadowing to a major plot twist from later episodes, within the first 5 minutes. It's not too often that there are good, subtle examples of foreshadowing in games, so colour me impressed.

I agree with Max's opinion on The Spirit's Within.

Could you guys play slower ;). Does Vinny have to try to "break" every part. That must be some weird quirk, that, once its in you, doesn't go away. Maybe that's actually not so bad here, makes sense to explore it up in this kind of game/world.

Also, Alex could be louder, I mean, I wont be able to hear anyway, because of the blood coming out of my ears from the random yelling.

Yeah id like them to play through this. But shit gets emotional and real so it would be interesting to see the approach that is taken.

I can't watch this. 30 minutes in and it's the most Urban Outfitters video game I've seen. It's like 30 year olds (I am 30) made a game about their highschool with an Urban Outfitters look book and access to Urban dictionary in order to make it feel "modern" or "hip".

Ugh.

The Playdate parts of this are downloadable but the parts that are choose our own adventure are not. I wanted to download all of them to watch on a trip I'm going on soon but have to start deep into the game.

I just finished re-watching this series. I love this game so much. Would love to see a Playdate for Life Is Strange 2 at some point.
