HTML5 HD crashes my browser =S

I wonder if they are trying to fix this. Yesterday I would get the freeze at 5 seconds, today it's just a black screen. This is the streaming option on Chrome (for me).

The "High Quality" version works for me, so grab that if you want the best quality version to download.

They should just stop letting people vote on what they play next until they're done with the chosen game and then put up a vote for what would be next to play. Play what the community wants, then play it for as long as the guys want.

The point of any of this is views....if a ton of people want to see this it gets views and Giant Bomb can justify its existence to CBSi.

Does anyone on this site think WE ALL want to see Metal Gear Scanlon Part 1- 59? No, but tons of people want to see that because it likely gets "hella" views. Drew likes playing MG, but if nobody watched it Giant Bomb won't do it. There is only some much time and effort they can use towards making stuff. It is about what the most people would vote for, and this is what people voted for and asked for in comments...so that's a good bet for views.

They can't spin everything off into yet another production so the dissatisfied people get another spin at the "Wheel Of What Plays".

Should just play through this series and drop the need for a vote. It's great all the way through.

Going out on a limb here, I suspect Kate took the gun which is why David is after her? I'm not convinced yet but I think it could be going that way.

At this point, I'm all on board for the journey through this whole game.

This has been one of the more enjoyable features on Giant Bomb in a while for me.

Man, I love seeing them labor over each decision. I very much hope that they at least play until the end of Episode 2. Shit gets pretty real...

Sorry, I'm just pleasantly amused that these French developers got a correct regional bird. Though they are corvids; they might be too smart to fly into windows.

This game is fucking depressing. The answer to literally every problem is "go to the cops."

I've seen the file name of the HD download change three times already, so it's not like @vinny hasn't been trying to fix it. At least, as far as I can tell. I don't know why it keeps going wrong. Is it because it ends up being a 4GB file or what? I've downloaded every version that's been uploaded and none of them will play in Windows Media Player or VLC.

To those who still need a fix, as CrashTanuki has said earlier (but the message is lost somewhere in the middle), try changing video quality to High. Seems to work for me too on any of the players (progressive, streaming and HTML5) and quality of the video seems pretty decent too.

Making fun of silly teens is easy, but I felt a lot of emotional ties to what they're going through. Maybe it's because I'm not American, so the disparities don't get clear for me. Maybe it's because I'm younger.

Like correcting them when they call things the wrong name. These are realistic characters, not fact checked automatons.

Also, don't shout over the cool moments.

I think a lot of characters in video games that people think are Canadian are actually just from Minnesota.

The audio and video were desynchronized for me, at the very end of the video. I downloaded the "high" version and was steaming it to my PS4.

@edgework Sorry to keep pointing out bad HD videos to you, but I have no idea if there's someone else I should be messaging. Not sure if there's anything anyone can do about this one, but yeah. No HD.

Hi, just echoing the problems/solutions other people have had with this video. With quality set to auto, it loaded about 5 seconds and then ended.

Manually setting the quality to high allowed it to play all the way through, albeit with audio desynch at the end (definitely noticeable, but a small enough portion of the video to make it watchable).

Vinney is truly at his best during this type of game. I love it. Austin's comment, as mentioned by others, was great - Vinny you're not allowed to play AGAINST this game!

I'm a little disappointed that @alex could only come up with that 'roid fiend Barry Bonds when tying to think of someone who played for the Pirates, and not Roberto Clemente. Or, even, Andrew McCutchen.

Decided to come back to this and the video is still fucked. YouTube to the rescue.

Yeah, the HD video is messed up. Not even the download works (never mind that .crdownload extension, other videos play just fine while they're still downloading)

I switched the quality to high and it seemed to fix the issue of it not loading. Still, not fun to fiddle around with to find that solution.
