Link looks like he bulked up some. Also, after watching all this WiiU footage, Skyward Sword looks kinda old. So this is the Wii's swan song, huh? I can live with that. I'll take one copy.

also, the art direction looks awful, imo.

I'm still not sure about this new "half & half" art style. It's like Nintendo couldn't decide whether to do another Wind Waker or Twilight Princess style game & thought "Fuck it! Let's just do both!"

Also, Zelda looks kinda odd.

I'm not saying this is what I personally would want, but I think the biggiest problem with this game is that it's not voice acted. Maybe the Wii U zelda game or games that come in the future will have it, but I think the series has been ready for it since Twilight Princess.

Art style is nice, but is it just me or do the colours seem a bit washed out when compared to Wind Waker?
 
Even so will most likely be day 1 for me like every Zelda game.

Interesting art style. Sort of halfway between Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. It looks pretty neat, hope it turns out well.

MP3: Corruption was voice-acted, and the characters in TP had infinitely more personality. As soon as Link becomes voice acted, there will be nothing but comments about how terrible it is, because there is no possible way they could satisfy every Zelda fan.

It's not really "halfway between WW and TP," it's got this impressionist painting vibe with blots of soft colors.

There was some demo on GameTrailers where they were talking about how the overworld and dungeons are connected in one giant over-dungeon or some crazy shit, and there's an overworld on top that overworld that's a giant sea of clouds, and you fly back and forth. It sounded nuts.

I am playing Final Fantasy 3.

Looks great, never was a Zelda fan until I picked up Phantom Hourglass on the DS and now I am hooked. Cannot wait to dust off my Wii and try it out. 
 
PS: I know it's probably Iconic, but I really do not like the way Link looks.

Love Wind Waker probably my favorite Zelda and this looks a lot like that I'm hyped!

How do you know it's not?

I know this makes me a big sucker but I still can't help but feel a little giddy every time I see a trailer for a new Zelda game.

Really dug the hell out of this trailer. It looks like some classic Zelda gameplay with a nice visual aesthetic. If this is gonna be the last major Wii game from Nintendo, it looks like they'll go out nicely.

God of War 2 looked better than this, FFS.

Set before Ocarina of Time? Are you fucking serious? Please tell me whoever posted this made a mistake writing the description. Nintendo needs to stop fucking going back in time with the Zelda series. I don't want to play a game that involves an amoeba incarnation of link fighting other amoebas in the primordial soup.

I'm more excited about the art style now that it's less bland even if it's still pastel looking. What I don't like are Link's huge ladylike lips.

I'm really liking the half WW half TP look.
