I did not expect the game to look this warm and colourful.

From the original reveal trailer I expected something far darker and colder, like the first GitS film.

Goddamn this emanates a hell of a vibe!

Honestly, they don't really need to put out trailers. They have so much benefit of the doubt from me right now. Still watched it though.

Looks about what I expected and hoped. They really nailed the cyberpunk-look. Even better, since it's CDPR, it's not just going to be how the game looks. Witcher had so much great content, especially Witcher 3. Very hyped right now.

To bad for We Happy Few, I was gonna give their logo the nod as best of the year but 2077... damn.

I cannot wait, nice to see the RPG come to life as a videogame.

So.. anybody knows what those keys are actually for? I tried like 2 dozens of them, but they're all already taken, probably didn't help that I watched the stream with like 30 minutes delay.

Hell yes! This looks like it's going to not only be everything I wanted, but also everything I didn't even know I wanted! Super pumped!

It looks pretty great, but also looks like a departure from the tone of the first trailer. Not at all what I was expecting.

If you know anything about the source material this was pretty expected tbh. There was no way it was going to be pure dark and gritty.

I bet this will be a good video game.

Too bad all of this will contemporary by the time this has a release.

Someone at CDPR really got sick of hearing people make fun of the gravely-voiced Witcher protagonist and pulled a hard 180.

CDPR had nothing to do with that first trailer, it was outsourced IIRC, so I knew the game would likely be pretty different. It looks like the deep, massive Cyberpunk RPG we've always wanted but never had. Probably my game of E3 so far.

Multiple people have put together the two cut messages that flashed into the trailer and it's a personal note from CDPR. They still don't know when the game is going to release, there will be character creation, and there was a jab at microtransactions and how they wont have any. They'll also be showing more at their booth.

What a look, what a logo. I'm holding out for gameplay but they've definitely got a good vibe with their world.

The news of it being a single-player, story-driven experience with no microtransactions is also very welcome.

Pretty amazing that Microsoft opted to show this as their final send off premiere rather than Halo or Gears.

Commander Shepard of Mass Effect was my first thought seeing him. I am also glad there will be character customization, but I'm also a bit disappointed that even CDPR felt the need to go with a generic white dude with a buzz cut as their marketing protagonist, when they had the freedom to pick basically anything. But I guess that's just how it is.

Glad to see the visuals go beyond rain, fog, and neon. Don't know much about the Cyberpunk RPGs but it looks like there might be some proper neuromanceresque cyberspace.

@rocketskates: I guess? I mean they've never really been trend setters in that department I suppose, but as a business they are known to be a bit of an outlier. They had more freedom to go outside the norm than an EA or Activision.

It's not so much an expectation as just a bit of disappointment at them wasting the opportunity.

I got to feel legitimate excitement twice during Microsoft's conference. First with Dying Light 2 (it's about time) and then with this trailer. What a huge snag for them to get this. What an incredible conference.
