This visual style looks so much like Dead Cells I thought for sure this was a Motion Twin game. Seems neat.

Feels like this game is rendered in 280p. Not a fan. Dead Cells passes off as a sprites whereas these just look like obviously pixelated 3d models from low-res rendering.
