EA Sports MMA E3 Trailer

 Looks interesting. I do wonder how it will stack up to UFC. I love my MMA but the UFC games tend to be too fast in the way the guys do things and the way knockouts come.

They should've promoted Fedor against Overeem at the end. Current Couture wouldn't last a minute with Fedor.

Well, looks like both MMA games will move just as mechanically. I think the shock effect when fighters strike their opponent is there to hide that a lot of the shots don't actually fully connect with the models. Animations hit some invisible wall, and stop. It just doesn't look natural. My hopes aren't too high that this will be a superior alternative, or even one of equal merit compared to Undisputed. 
 
And holy hell, why do all their faces look like unemotive plastic zombies? Meh for me, and I'm one of the biggest MMA fans out there.

I am still indifferent about MMA.

Animations look really canned and the movement isn't fluid at all.
 
I also like how 80% of the trailer is just one fighter standing there getting punched in the face, not even trying to block or dodge or anything- nice.
